
GMCT Annual Dinner Meeting – March 24, 2026
Save the Date! Registration will open at the beginning of February.
We look forward to seeing GMCT members at our Tuesday, March 24, 2026 annual meeting. We are meeting at Elizabeth’s Restaurant in Rocky Hill. Festivities begin at 5:30 PM. The food will be great! The talk will be informative!
SPECIAL GUEST SPEAKER!
We have Mark Seth Lender, an accomplished author, speaker, photographer and conservationist as our special guest speaker.
Mark Seth Lender is a self-taught writer and nature photographer. His column, Wild Life, is a regular feature at Shoreline Times, a Connecticut weekly newspaper (Reach: 60,000 households). He is a producer, essayist and website photographer for Living on Earth(PRI) (Public Radio’s Environmental News Magazine with a reach of 80% of the NPR market).
His first book, Salt Marsh Diary, was published by St. Martin’s Press (March 2011).
In 2015 Mark was inducted into The Explorers Club
He has lectured and directed writing classics in the United States and the Canadian Arctic, and has made many appearances on commercial and public television and on radio.”

SCHEDULE: Enjoy the cash bar social hour from 5:30 to 6:30. Dinner begins at 6:30. A short annual business meeting will follow dinner, with reports from the president and committees, election of directors by the membership, and election of officers by the new Board of Directors.
Following the business meeting is Marks talk.
Cost per person includes dinner: we anticipate in the area of $40.00.
